If you are a food vendor you MUST comply with Arkansas Health regulations- there WILL be a health inspector coming by to make sure you’re in compliance with local health codes- so unless you’re a professional food vendor or organization with a temporary permit, please do not sell food items!

If you’re an organization wanting to have a bake sale, please call the health department to find out what you need to do to be in compliance with code. (479) 986-1300Vendor Application will be posted here no later than Oct 1st. Deadline to send in applications is Monday Oct 18.

Tel your friends, family and community about the sale! Post it on Facebook etc- the more people you tell about the sale, the more shoppers you will have to buy your things.

What to bring for sale:

Gently used household items, furniture, toys, clothing, crafts, knick knacks, antiques, collectibles, misc, etc. Be sure your items are clean and priced. People don’t like to ask, “How much is this?” So price your items clearly, you’ll have better sales!

Display your items nicely! Use racks, tables, shelves etc. People don’t like digging through old boxes and tarps laid on the ground. Please be courteous to your shoppers by displaying your items in an orderly fashion and you’ll have better sales.

If you’re selling clothing items, please have them hung on racks or folded on tables with clear prices. Avoid bringing stained , dirty or damaged clothing items- they will not sell. Untidy piles are a hassle and people will pass your booth by if they feel deterred by unkempt displays.

Toys and electronics fetch much higher prices if they are in working order with charged batteries! Make sure they are clean, especially if you’re selling larger toys which have been outdoors. Take a few minutes to wipe the dust off!

What NOT to bring!

Please DO NOT bring dirty items, broken junk or anything that poses a risk to the public (like fireworks, chemicals, etc) Dirty, broken or incomplete items do not sell and we don’t want them there! We reserve the right to remove any items that may pose a public risk of injury, and we reserve the right remove items that we deem are inappropriate for this sale. This is a family event!

Set up and tear down:

Set up will be Thursday from 7am to 9:30am. So have your items priced and ready BEFORE coming to the event. You may pull your vehicles up to your space to unload, but they must be removed by 9:30am! There will be designated parking areas for vendor participants.
